IT Professionals Will Appreciate the Humor in a New Promotional VideoTWINSBURG, OH (June 19, 2006) - EC/EDI Ltd., the largest outsourced EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions provider in the world, recently debuted a brief parody of the cult classic movie Office Space at the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas. The video was designed to communicate the message about EDI outsourcing in a creative and entertaining way.

EC/EDI employees made up the majority of the cast for the video. In the introduction of the clip, employees are irritated by the inconvenient requests of a caricatured micromanaging boss modeled after the character Bill Lumbergh from Office Space, played by Gary Maher. After a series of requests highlighting the challenges of doing EDI in-house, the beleaguered employees are saved when John Williamson, Vice President of EC/EDI, steps in to offer his company's help with EDI outsourcing.
The humorous video clip, filmed in Northeast Ohio by Jeff Burroughs of comvid.com, is available through the company's site, www.ECEDILtd.com, and through Google's Video Search function.
