As Outsourced Services Manager, Ramhoff's main responsibility at EC/EDI is to manage all outsourced (EDI: OUTPOST) accounts. He also is an integral part of the Value Added Network (VAN) services offered by EC/EDI. In this role, he oversees a vast array of different customer accounts in many industries, gets involved as project lead, programming, maintains EDI mapping data and also handles billing reports for the accounting department. Previous to taking a full-time lead at EC/EDI, he transitioned from a customer liaison performing EDI consulting tasks at customers. facilities.

Ramhoff resides in Canfield, Ohio with his wife Mary and their four boys. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his sons. He is also a Cub Scout Den leader and a soccer coach for a local non-competitive recreation league.
