EC/EDI, Ltd offers an Internet web-based EDI process tracking console for our WEB:VAN^SM customers. Full access to the management console is provided free of charge as part of your WEB:VAN^SM service package.

The WEB:VAN^SM 3NG console offers the following features:

Fully Internet web based. Securely access your account information or check your EDI transaction status anytime, anywhere you have web browser access. Works with most popular PC and Macintosh browsers. No browser plug-in or Java run-time environment required.
Review all your transactions through the EC/EDI, Ltd. network for up to 60 days prior.
Drill down into individual transactions and see every FTP command issued and document transferred.
Re-queue files received in the prior 60 days. De-queue files you don't want to receive. View documents in text and hex codes, or download to your browser for trouble shooting.
Manage your EDI mailboxes. View and update mailbox set-ups as required.
Real time updates. Developing your automated scripts and checking firewall rules is simplified because you can see every FTP command in real time.
